In these photos, Tim Searles, President of The Rowing Repair Center, provides instruction at one of two seminars on Rowing Shell Repair, at the US Rowing Annual Convention. In each 2-hour session, Tim explained and demonstrated the basics of repairing minor hull damages, such as cracks, punctures, scratches, crushes, and rib replacement. Each seminar was well-attended by coaches, riggers, and rowers from all over the country.
